Job Title: Delivery Person

Reporting to:  Maintenance and Warehousing Supervisor

Department: Warehousing and After Sales Department

Detailed Descriptions of Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities

-        Deliver goods to client as per delivery schedule.

-        Ensures appropriate transport and storage as per manufacturer’s specifications/ recommendations.

-        Checks that description and quantity of items being delivered are according to documentation provided (invoices, delivery notes).

-        Ensures items are delivered in a clean and orderly state.

-        Ensures company vans are kept in a clean state

-        Collect payments as may be requested.

-        To perform maintenance and repairs on returned and defective items, in line with company policies.

-        Work hand in hand with the Quality and Compliance department.

-        Filling up SOP and any other Quality forms in line with Company procedures.

-        Assist in stock take and upkeep of stores.

-        Assemble items and stock retail outlet as directed by Sales department.

-        Act professionally at all times.

-        To ensure compliance to internal company Quality, HR and Health and Safety procedures at all times.

-        To undergo training as may be required.

-        To participate actively and take on the assigned roles in case of an emergency situation requiring the activation of the Business Continuity Plans.

-        To perform any other additional duties that may arise from time to time.

Preferred Education and Work Experience

-        Basic Level of Education; can read and write in English

-        Previous experience in same role with a Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical Company

-        Driving License B and C

 

 

 

 

 

Job title: Maintenance Technician  

Reporting to: COO

Hours: Part-Time

Key responsibilities & duties

-        Repairs of Medical equipment and other necessary customer requirements

-        Liaising with suppliers regarding repairs

-        Perform repairs at Clients’ Premises

-        Work hard in hand with the Quality and Complains department

-        Procurement of spare parts in line with Company’s Purchasing Policy and Proecures.

-        Filling up the SOP and any other Quality forms aligned with the Company procedure

-        Communicate with the end client regarding the complains and liaise with the appropriate complain administrator

-        Maintaining and upkeep the warehouses of Ok Medical and Ok Fashion

-        Attend all the necessary trainings to keep up with the Compliance and Quality procedures

-        Liaise with the Office Assistant regarding any pending or upcoming maintenance or works in the outlets

-        To undergo training as may be required.
