Refunds for Goods
We do not provide cash refunds for purchased products. Instead, we offer credit vouchers for products returned within 14 days of receiving your goods. The voucher can be used toward future purchases on our website or store.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests for goods purchased from our website under the following circumstances:
- Goods that do not match the description provided on the website
- Goods that are the wrong size
Exchanges do not apply to the following goods:
- Personal and Toiletry equipment due to hygiene reasons
- Opened items if they are meant to be kept Sterile
